How it works

Once you’ve purchased your gift voucher, you’ll receive an email containing a unique voucher code. Simply forward the email to the recipient or print it out to create a thoughtful gift.

Please note that all of our gift vouchers are processed manually, so there may be a short delay before your voucher code is emailed to you.

Terms & Conditions

• Gift vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.
• Gift vouchers must be redeemed in one single transaction and cannot be split across multiple purchases.
• Gift vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash.
• Gift vouchers cannot be used against orders that have already been placed.

• Lost, stolen or expired gift vouchers cannot be replaced or extended.
