Description Of JUKI DDL-7000A Industrial Lockstitch Sewing Machine
Single needle industrial lockstitch sewing machine for medium weight materials. This machine is delivered complete with the head, UK spec Brinaco stand, genuine JUKI wood table top and cotton stand. This machine comes with an built in direct drive energy saving servo speed adjustable silent motor, proven to save up to 20% electricity when compared with a standard clutch motor!
Responsiveness to the material is improved to sew many different types of materials.
The thread take-up lever which provides a wider sewing range is adopted.
Needle bar stroke is 35 mm, with this feature, the sewing machine is able to sew many different types of materials ranging from light-weight ones to medium-weight denim.
With the adoption of a feed mechanism and thread takeup lever, the machine achieves increased efficiency of feed and well-tensed stitches. It is a basic lockstitch machine suited for sewing leather or heavy materials such as bags, pouches and purses.
Energy-saving servomotor is installed in the direct-drive style
The energy-saving and highly efficient servomotor is installed in the direct-drive style to transmit power without loss to the sewing machine, thereby providing improved responsiveness, quicker start-up and increased needle penetration force.
The compact-sized control box and operation panel
Both the compact-sized control box and the operation panel are integrated with the machine head. The machine is provided as standard with the operation panel.
Provided as standard with LED lighting
Since the LED lights cast their light exactly downward to illuminate the needle entry area from the right and left sides of the needle bar, sewing work can be carried out more easily as compared with the use of light from one direction. In addition, the illuminance of the LED lights can be adjusted in five steps and can be used as an auxiliary light for work.
Highly-functional touch-back switch
JUKI’s sewing machine which is provided with a thread trimmer is also provided as standard with the renowned needle breakage preventing function. The main shaft angle control works to prevent needle breakage even when the touch-back switch is used to perform reverse feed stitching. The height of the touch-back switch is adjustable according to the items to be sewn.
