Return Policies
Unwanted goods must be returned in a fully resaleable condition and any packaging must be intact. We reserve the right to refuse an exchange or refund if goods are not returned in a saleable condition or are damaged.
Goods cannot be returned once they have been used under any circumstances. Please check for any faults or decide if you wish to keep the item starting to use them. This is in line with The Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000.
