Galaxie 2000/2100, PE300S, PE400(D) Sewing and Embroidery Machines.
Also BC2100, BC2300, BC2500, NV10(A), NV15, NV20LE, DS120 and DS150 Sewing Machines.
To replace, remove needle from machine and pull off the damaged threader from the shaft. Notice the flat side and replace with new.
